Napoli are locked in new contract talks with Victor Osimhen.
The Nigeria striker's agents have held seven meetings with Napoli about a new deal.
Osimhen is pushing for a buyout clause, which Napoli are willing to include.
However, Sky Italia says Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis wishes to include two buyout clauses - one for Europe and one for Saudi Arabia.
Al-Hilal had a 110m offer for Osimhen rejected by Napoli last week.
