
Kota Kinabalu: The National Heart Institute (IJN) plans to expand its services to Sabah in the near future and will collaborate with the State Government through Yayasan Sabah (YS).
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, who is also Chairman of the Yayasan Sabah Board of Trustees, was informed of this during a briefing held in conjunction with a courtesy visit by a IJN delegation at his office in Menara Kinabalu, Thursday.
The IJN delegation was led by its Chairman Datuk Seri Dr Chen Chaw Min, along with Group Chief Executive Officer Prof Datuk Seri Dr Mohamed Ezani Md Taib, Chief Executive Officer of IJN College, Prof Emerita Dr Durrishah Idrus, Datuk Seri Azhari Yakub and Haji Muhamad Sabri Haji Said.
Also present were State Community Development and People’s Well-being Minister, who is also the State Health Exco, Datuk James Ratib; Yayasan Sabah Director Dato’ Sri Gulamhaidar Khan Bahadar; and Executive Chairman of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (ICSB), Datuk Jasnih Daya.
