THE National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) has released an advisory for all National Capital Region (NCR) residents joining the 2026 Hajj on the schedule for the mandatory vaccination activity.
Serving only registered Hajj 2026 pilgrims from NCR, the vaccination drive is set for Saturday, April 18, with the time and venue details:
Time – 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Venue – Bureau of Quarantine Main Office
The NCMF has emphasized that all pilgrims must be vaccinated before departure, in line with international travel and health regulations set for the annual pilgrimage to Mecca.
Pilgrims are advised to:
– Arrive within the designated schedule to avoid congestion
– Bring valid identification and Hajj registration documents
– Follow all health and safety protocols at the venue
Moreover, the commission reminded participants that failure to complete required vaccinations could affect their eligibility to travel for the Hajj.
For further updates and clarifications, pilgrims are encouraged to coordinate directly with the NCMF or monitor official announcements.
Hajj, one of the five pillars of Islam, draws millions of Muslims worldwide each year, making strict health preparations essential for the safety of all participants.
