Kota Kinabalu: It has become a necessity to inculcate political literacy among youths to help them make more informed choices at the polls.

Now that Undi18 is in effect, the key to increasing young voters’ participation in democracy is to improve their civic and political engagement.

“Varsity students should be given the right platform to express their aspirations and engage in civil discourse on issues affecting their country,” said Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate for the Putatan Parliamentary seat, Awang Husaini Sahari.
