The Elrah Exclusive boutique in Bangi was badly damaged by fire two days ago, believed to have been sparked by heaps of boxes in the building.
The brand’s owner, El Azman, took to Instagram to share the devastation which resulted in two of his employees needing medical attention.
As firefighters responded to the scene that evening, El Azman was seen inspecting the aftermath and checking on his team. His action, however, was branded as “marketing stunt” and “cinematic”.
Considering that no civilians are allowed to be near firefighters as they attempt to extinguish fire, netizens questioned El Azman’s motive in filming the ordeal.
