New 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life Launched From RM172,990

With the introduction of this 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life, the trio of the Tiguan line-up in Malaysia is complete

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VCPM), who is the official distributor of Volkswagen cars in Malaysia has recently completed the trio of the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace with the entry level model, the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life, priced from RM172,990.

Being locally-assembled in Pekan, Pahang, the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life is packed full of all the right features to make it a modern SUV. It also offers a class leading 1,775 litres of boot space while still being a 7-seater. This means the SUV retains its status as a space giant.

On the outside, the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life looks pretty much the same as it’s other Tiguan Allspace siblings, featuring a sharp and dynamic look, a sleek front grille and Volkswagen’s signature illuminated light strip that connects both the full LED headlights.

Being a family SUV, the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life comes equipped with six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Brake Assist (BA), Multi-collision brakes, Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), Lane Assist and Driver Alert systems.

The Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life also comes in 5 stunning colours, Atlantic Blue, Platinum Grey, and Pyrite Silver for a metallic finish and Deep Black or Oryx White for a pearl-effect finish. There is no surcharge for the pearl-effect colours.

Moreover, the standard “Allspace” trim is also present in the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life, which include the side mirrors being painted in silver, the ‘TIGUAN’ wording in the centre at the rear of the vehicle and 81-inch Frankfurt alloy wheels.

As for the interior of the Volkswagen tiguan Allspace Life, one can expect it to be as cozy and practical as any other Volkswagen model.

Standard equipment includes a 9.2-inch infotainment system in the centre of the vehicle which comes equipped with Volkswagen’s Discover Pro system with wireless app connect, a navigation system and voice control, 3-zone climate control and a leather-wrapped multifunction sports steering wheel.

Powering the new Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Life is a 1.4TSI Turbocharged engine paired to a 6-speed DSG producing 150PS and 250Nm of torque. This ensures a fun driving experience while still being fuel efficient, maintaining a fuel consumption rating of 7.7l/100km.
