- Visitors will experience a journey through cocoa cultivation, a reconstructed production line, and cooking workshops led by master chocolatiers, culminating in a tasting at the Chocolate Emporium.
- Subject to planning permission, investors anticipate opening the first phase by 2030 and expect to welcome up to one million visitors annually.
- The project, which includes an amendment to the Local Development Plan and ten building permit applications, is currently undergoing public consultation.
