Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise has a release clause in the contract he signed this summer.
The London club were able to hold onto the French Under-21 winger in a surprise move.
Given Chelsea had been interested in signing Olise, his u-turn surprised many fans.
Per Evening Standard, Palace chairman Steve Parish gave Olise a substantial increase in wages as well.
But most importantly, there is a clause that any team can hit to sign the winger, either domestically or abroad.
However, the quantity of that clause is not known, as the figure is a lot higher than the 35 million release clause that was in his deal before he signed an extension.
