Network provider Globe Telecom, Inc. has expanded the availability of its prepaid 5G Home WiFi devices through online platforms Shopee, Lazada, and GrabMart, allowing customers to purchase the plug-and-play internet solution with same-day delivery options.
The initiative is part of Globe’s efforts to simplify broadband access, particularly for users in need of immediate connectivity. The device, which offers fiber-like speeds, requires no documents or installation and can be used as soon as it is delivered.
According to Abigail Cardino, head of Brand Management for Globe’s Broadband Business, the expansion supports the company’s commitment to convenience and accessibility. “With Globe At Home 5G WiFi now available across key online platforms, our customers can be connected as fast as within two hours, enjoying multiple convenient options to stay online seamlessly,” she said.
Customers using GrabMart may receive their devices in as little as two hours, while those ordering through Shopee or Lazada can take advantage of platform-specific promos and regular delivery services.
Globe also reminded the public to purchase only from official Globe stores and authorized partner channels to ensure access to warranty services, exclusive benefits, and authentic devices. The company warned that unauthorized reselling of Globe At Home products may result in device blocking.
The 5G Home WiFi unit is designed to support remote work, online learning, and streaming, aligning with Globe’s broader goal of promoting digital inclusion through wider access to fast and reliable internet at home.
