New Leicester City boss Enzo Maresca says working with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City was a coaching education.
Maresca has left City to take charge of relegated Leicester this past week.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Pep is the best coach in the world, an inimitable conductor. For him, every musician is fundamental and he cares that everyone feels comfortable and sounds their best, whether it's a manager, a footballer or the latest addition to the warehouse workers.
"Harmony is an absolute concept that dresses the whole group.
"(John) Stones in midfield? It was the decisive move of the season, it gave us balance, solidity and security. Pep had already added a defender in midfield, but it was full-backs: Delph, Zinchenko, Cancelo making a diagonal movement. With Stones he did it with a central."
