New Liverpool boss Arne Slot is being blocked from one staff appointment.
Slot is eager to add Feyenoord assistant coach Etienne Reijnen to his backroom team at Liverpool.
However, Reijnen is facing work permit difficulties.
AD says the former defender does not have the requisite coaching qualifications to move to the Premier League.
As such he will face difficulty qualifying for a UK work permit.
