New Napoli sports director Mauro Meluso admits they're drawing up a strategy to handle the mega spending raids of Saudi Pro League clubs.
Meluso has replaced Cristiano Giuntoli, now of Juventus, and had his introductory media conference in Naples yesterday.
Asked about the Saudi spending, Meluso: "I haven't been told, but we'll be operational starting tomorrow.
"We'll have a meeting with the president and all the managers and scouts. We'll talk about everything.
"I'm taking things for granted: they have much higher economic potential than ours, they don't derive from TV rights, but from their own resources and you can't compete with offers of 20 million net per season and they bust the market a bit."
