PUTATAN: Residents in the district welcome the addition of residential houses under the People’s Housing Programme (PPR) in the area due to the full occupancy of existing two PPRs.
Putatan MP Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said currently, there are two PPRs in the Putatan parliamentary constituency, namely PPR Taman Sri Serigai and PPR Taman Sri Keramat in Kampung Ketiau, both of which are already fully occupied.
“As a representative of the people, I receive daily appeals from those in need of PPR houses. Therefore, the solution is to establish a new PPR,” he said.
