Fatehabad Superintendent of Police Nikita Khattar on Thursday inaugurated the newly constructed building of Mahamda police post aimed at strengthening policing and improving public services in the area.
ASP Divyanshi Singla welcomed the SP by presenting a bouquet during the inauguration ceremony, which was attended by police officials, employees and residents.
Addressing the gathering, Khattar said the new building was equipped with modern facilities that would provide a better working environment for police personnel and help deliver more organised, transparent and efficient services to the public.
She said strong infrastructure played an important role in making the policing system more effective and also helped strengthen public trust.
The SP said the Mahamda police post had been playing a key role in maintaining law and order, preventing crime and ensuring quick redressal of public grievances in the area.
