Deputy Chief Minister and Works and Utilities Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam said ongoing projects include the upgrading of the six-kilometre Kampung Mohimboyon–Lipantai–Pahu road, which is 69.69 per cent complete, and the 4.05km Tambiau–Sarapong road, now at 5.42 per cent progress.

He said the Government also plans overtaking lanes at strategic locations between Ranau and Kundasang, with RM2.3 million allocated in 2025 for three locations along the Kota Kinabalu–Sandakan Road and RM560,000 in 2026 for another.
