Posing as Pos Malaysia, fraudulent groups are actively sending out scam messages. Pos Malaysia has issued a warning about an ongoing scam in which these groups impersonate Pos, sending deceptive SMS to the public.

The scam messages falsely claim that your parcel has reached the warehouse, but due to incomplete delivery address details, the smooth dispatch of the parcel is hindered. Recipients are urged to click the provided link to update their address. If you come across such an SMS, avoid clicking the link. Instead, report it by reaching out to 997 or through WhatsApp at 013-2111222.
