Premier League top four contenders Aston Villa have suffered another injury blow.

The Midlands club have been dealing with various long-term injuries to their top players this term.

Now they face arguably their toughest test, with centre back Diego Carlos going down with a problem.

The Brazilian is said to have a hamstring injury, per The Athletic, which requires more testing.

He is set to miss their next game, but could be out for anywhere from a few weeks to months depending on the severity.

Boubacar Kamara has also been ruled out until the next campaign due to a knee ligament injury.
