ABS-CBN Music has released six new songs from emerging Kapamilya artists, featuring themes of love, heartbreak, healing and personal growth.
Among the releases is “Stay With You” by rising OPM band Enzo. The song centers on holding on to a love that feels like home and explores the pain of being apart from someone while believing the connection remains strong despite time and distance. It was composed by Enrico Decheta and Ryan Sarmiento and is the band’s third single under DNA Music.
Pop-rock band Yellowpad’s “Gusto Pa Rin Kita,” composed and produced by Angelo Zipagan, tackles the difficulty of holding on to a relationship despite pain and uncertainty. The track reflects the struggle of letting go of someone who continues to hold a significant place in one’s life.
Indie alternative rock band Bed Potato offers “Cubao,” a song inspired by the well-known Quezon City district. Written by Orly Van Andre Putong and produced by Angelo Zipagan, the track explores themes of freedom, belonging and connection, reflecting how people from different backgrounds can find a sense of home in a shared space.
Meanwhile, Ched Valencia’s “Lihim” traces its origins to moments of reflection during the 2020 pandemic. Written five years ago and produced by Wahly Zenit, the pop-alternative song was inspired by a close friend Valencia has known for nearly a decade. It captures the experience of quietly hoping someone will recognize one’s affection.
Singer-songwriter Izza Escueta’s “Noong At Hanggang Ngayon” focuses on enduring love. Co-written by Escueta and Ryan Sarmiento, who also produced the track, the song follows a relationship from youthful admiration to long-term commitment. Its music video features former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates Inigo Jose and Reich Alim.
Completing the lineup is “Magbabalik sa Panaginip,” the debut single of recording artist Erghyll. Written by Erghyll and produced by Miguel Haleco, the pop-alternative track examines a relationship marked by conflict, heartbreak and lingering affection. The song serves as the key track of his debut extended play, “Isang Magandang Bangungot,” released under StarPop.
