Newcastle boss Eddie Howe was pleased for Alexander Isak after he scored in their 1-1 draw with Bournemouth.
It marked Isak's first goal at St James' Park.
Howe said, "We really like him, he is a really good guy and fitted in, he is quiet at the moment and feeling his way into the squad but training very well and he has a very good attitude to do very well in the Premier League. He has a good future ahead of him.
"He put the penalty away brilliant so I am pleased for him.
"I am desperate to win, it feels like a long time for us. We need to win and compete and be the best versions of us."
