Newcastle boss Eddie Howe admits he's a fan of Manchester United midfielder Casemiro.
Newcastle host United later today.
Asked if he'd love to bring in a player such as Casemiro, Howe said: "I think experience is a really valuable tool. One of the beauties of our team this season is that we've had players with a mixture of experience and youth.
"That mix has been really important. Certainly having people who are used to winning and having the mentality to go with it are worth their weight in gold."
But with financial fair play a big factor, Howe knows there will be restrictions in this summer's market.
Howe added: "It's a difficult one because usually with that experience and that mentality comes a price tag. That is the balance that we've got to try to find."
