Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe admits that the world is a different place for him this week.

The Magpies have righted the ship, at least for the moment, with a big win over Wolves in the Premier League at the weekend.

The 3-0 success has meant they are back in a position to challenge for a Europa League finish, while they are also in the FA Cup quarter finals.

Howe told Chronicle Live: I certainly wouldn't like to feel the low points. I said to the players afterwards that Arsenal was only seven days ago, and that was a difficult day for everybody.

Since then, we've progressed in the FA Cup and won in the league, and the world does look different.

"That shows how quickly football can turn, as long as the players are giving everything for you in training and on a matchday. Against Arsenal, we weren't at our best.

We tried to dust ourselves down and regroup and refocus on our key qualities. I'm delighted with the response."
