The American winger is among many attackers who want to leave the Stamford Bridge club.
Pulisic has struggled for regular game time under manager Thomas Tuchel.
However, the Daily Mail suggests that both AC Milan and Juventus also want to sign the USA international.
Chelsea are willing to sell Pulisic, provided they get a high enough offer.
While Newcastle may not have the prestige of the two Italian clubs, moving there would keep him in England and earn him a significant wage.
