Newcastle United fullback Kieran Trippier has been released from the England squad.
Trippier played the whole match when England beat Malta 2-0 on Friday, but against North Macedonia on Monday he will not be in action.
On social media X, Trippier's club Newcastle states that the right-back is withdrawing from the squad.
"Newcastle United can confirm that Kieran Trippier has returned home from the England squad due to personal reasons," a club statement read.
England has already secured the European Championship ticket before the final qualifying match on Monday.
