Newcastle United defender Fabian Schar has declared himself fit to ensure that he remains in the team as they prepare to take on Everton in the Premier League.
The Magpies are bouncing after an impressive 0-0 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford in the league on Sunday.
Schar, who came off in the latter stages of that game, says he is raring to go for their next clash.
Schar told NUFC TV: "Yeah, it is going to be fine. Don't worry.
“I didn't want to come off, but [I was] at a point when you can't really walk anymore, you probably have to say it's better if someone else who is 100% comes in.
“But it is going to be fine."
