The left-back was expected to move to Dortmund this summer. However, Premier League interest has now turned his head.
Sky Deutschland says Newcastle United, West Ham United and Manchester United have all expressed interest in Raum.
Hoffenheim want €40m to sell the 24 year-old and a move to England is now favoured.
