Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe has confirmed Bruno Guimaraes will likely miss Wednesday's trip to Liverpool.
The Brazil midfielder missed Sunday's draw with Wolves after picking up an injury in training.
Howe said: "He has a slight niggle and I don't think it's anything serious.
"We hope he won't miss too much.
"Liverpool might be too soon."
On the game, Howe added: "There's a massive importance to every game. We were determined to keep our unbeaten start going.
"The players gave everything – and never gave up. It was a great goal from Allan at the end."
