Nottingham Forest are targeting Newcastle United centre-forward Chris Wood.
The Kiwi joined the Toon a year ago from Burnley, but he could be again on the move this month.
The Athletic says Wood has agreed to join Forest.
The deal will be in the form of a loan with an option to buy. Wood has already accepted a move to the City Ground.
The two clubs are today discussing terms, with negotiations now at an advanced stage.
