Newcastle have made a first offer for Fenerbahce attacker Arda Guler.
The youngster could be on the move from Turkey this summer as he generates interest from across Europe.
Newcastle football chief Dan Ashworth is a fan and Fotomac says a bid of 20m has been tabled for Guler.
Guler and Fener officials met last week at his family home to consider his options.
Ajax and PSG are also interested in the 18 year-old.
