After missing out on Moussa Diaby, Toon have narrowed down on Harrison as their primary winger target this summer.
Football Insider says the Magpies have tempted Leeds to sell with an offer of £18m.
Leeds have already parted with two first-team stars this summer in Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha.
