
Kota Kinabalu: It is unfair that Sabahans are taxed for ill-maintained roads which is not only a safety threat but a money pit for vehicle maintenance.
While locals are quick to blame the State Government, Sabah West Coast Smart Consumer Association President David Chan discovered the problem to be caused by slashed Federal funding.
