THE National Housing Authority (NHA) said Thursday that it has reserved a lot for the construction of Poblacion National High School-Senior High School in Muntinlupa City.
“The NHA believes that our responsibility does not end with providing homes. We also strive to help build sustainable communities where families have access to education, basic services, and opportunities for a better future,” NHA General Manager Joeben Tai said during the signing of a usufruct agreement with Department of Education officials.
A usufruct agreement is a legal contract that allows one party to use, possess and benefit from another party’s property or assets.
The lot, which measures approximately 3,196 square meters, is situated inside Southville 3 in Barangay Poblacion.
Also present in the signing rites were NHA National Capital Region-South Sector head Celeste Basilisa, Muntinlupa Schools Division Superintendent Violeta Gonzales, Mayor Ruffy Biazon, and Muntinlupa Rep. Jaime Fresnedi.
