Nice's sporting director Florent Ghisolfi concedes Khephren Thuram could leave this summer.
The midfielder is a target for Liverpool.
Discussing Thuram and defender Jean-Clair Todibo at a media conference, Ghisolfi says either player could be sold.
He said, "Thuram and Todibo are coveted.
"We hope to keep all of our vital players, but we've never tied players down. If all parties are satisfied, a departure could happen."
