- The band's set included their track "Train Long Suffering", a cover of T Rex's "Cosmic Dancer", and "Henry Lee", with backing singer Janet Ramus performing PJ Harvey's part.
- At the end of the performance, Cave said: “See you tonight. Thank you, thank you, Resident Records, for this best f****** record shop in the world.”
- The surprise performance precedes Cave's main concert at Preston Park on Friday night.
