A landlord, frustrated by tenants who have left the property in shambles while owing rent, has dubbed them "nightmare tenants."

Venting on social media, the landlord revealed that the tenants had not paid four months' rent and over a thousand ringgit in electricity bills. Additionally, they left the property in a filthy state, leaving the landlord feeling helpless.

"The walls are all damaged, extremely dirty! If I remember correctly, he was a sales manager, but now I can't reach him..."

According to images uploaded by the landlord, the gray sofas are stained with watermark imprints, and the white walls are covered in colorful graffiti. Even the floor corners are marred with disgusting yellow-brown stains.
