“Ever since they (Nirvana) started their operations here in 1997, they have contributed to the local economy of Tuaran, especially in tourism, where many people visit this place.
“It also provides jobs to the locals…it can also be a geographical indicator for us.
“As such, it is a good branding and promotion for Tuaran,” he said.
Nirvana Group East Malaysia Chief Operating Officer Au Kok Wah said Nirvana was established in 1990, and the memorial park here was its first branch in Sabah.
“Currently, we have 15 memorial park branches throughout Malaysia. Aside from Malaysia, we also have branches in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Over 33 years, our clients have supported us thanks to the beauty of our memorial parks and our perpetual maintenance care.
“Our burial plots are well-organised, clean and beautiful as they are maintained under ISO adherence.”
Clients, he said, only need to make a one-time payment for the plots to be maintained for years to come.
“That is why our price is slightly higher, but it is worth it. Many people misunderstand that our burial plots are costly, but on the contrary, it is not,” he said.
He added that with a great view, quality products and professional services, their price is reasonable.
“We understand that managing a burial plot requires energy, time and financial resources. So, why don’t you leave the burden to be handled by Nirvana?”
Zone Langadon, he said, is Nirvana’s first Christian-concept product.
There are 112 lots in Zone Langadon, and one only needs to pay a 20 per cent down payment to confirm a lot.
The balance of the payment can be made up to 48 months’ instalments with zero-interest. The package lot includes the burial plot, backwall, maintenance fee, tomb and hole excavation.
