No Malaysians affected by Sydney shooting incident

THERE are no reports of Malaysians involved in the shooting incident at Bondi Beach, Australia, yesterday.

According to a statement from the Malaysian High Commission in Australia, the commission is currently working with local authorities to closely monitor the situation.

“Malaysians are advised to stay away from affected areas and constantly monitor and be aware of the latest situation,” it said.

Malaysians who are affected are asked to immediately inform the Malaysian High Commission for further action.
