No Scrubs singer made donations to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign

  • Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas of the music group TLC made several donations to fundraising groups associated with Donald Trump's presidential campaign in 2024.
  • Federal Election Commission (FEC) records indicate Thomas, whose address is publicly linked to the singer, contributed approximately $1,000 across WinRed, the Trump National Committee JFC, and Never Surrender Inc.
  • The donations, totalling $210.60 to WinRed, $340.60 to the Trump National Committee JFC and $486.54 to Never Surrender INC., were first reported by MeidasTouch.
  • Thomas previously faced criticism in 2017 for stating “all lives matter” in an interview, a phrase often used in response to the Black Lives Matter movement.
  • In the same 2017 interview, her bandmate Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins expressed indifference towards Donald Trump, stating, “God is my president.”
