The Northern Ireland captain was limping after the game against Slovenia on Tuesday, but he is said to be okay.
Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill stated post-game: "He's obviously hobbling a bit; I think the same foot got stamped on three times.
"So he's had it pretty badly. I think he's fine; he'll be okay.
It is one of those where he'll wake up in the morning, and I imagine it'll be pretty sore, but there's no sort of real damage or anything as far as I am aware."
