Norwich City are set to break their transfer record to sign Sao Paolo attacking midfielder Gabriel Sara.
The Sun reports that Canaries chief Stuart Webber flew to South America to seal the transfer, worth £11.5m in total.
The 23-year-old will become Norwich's first ever Brazilian player.
West Bromwich Albion and DC United were also interested in Sara.
