Nottingham Forest head coach Steve Cooper was pleased with their display against Manchester City.
The newly promoted club managed to get a 1-1 draw against last season's champions, despite having struggled for much of the contest.
Cooper was happy to see the team grab a point with owner Evangelos Marinakis watching.
Generally, he was pleased. We didn't just discuss the game, but some other stuff as well," said Cooper post-game to reporters.
It's great he was here. We like it when he comes, and we're pleased when we get a positive result for him. He's shown massive commitment to the club for years and years, so he deserves a positive atmosphere and result.
We had a good discussion about a number of things, all fairly positive. We've just got to work hard now for everybody."
