Nottingham Forest are chasing PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
Sangare has been linked with Liverpool and PSG this summer.
Football Insider says Forest are continuing to chase the Ivory Coast international.
Forest have offered 21.5m for Sangar. They want to loan him with a compulsory purchase option.
Sangar has a buyout clause of around 40m. It remains to be seen if PSV will accept anything less than that.
