Nottingham Forest defender Harry Toffolo has been charged with breaches of betting rules.
The Football Association is bringing charges against the 27-year-old for violations that range from 2014 to 2017.
There are a total of 375 possible breaches that are a part of the investigation, per the BBC.
Toffolo has been given until the 19th of July to respond, with no indication whether the bets involved teams he represented at the time.
He played for Norwich City during those years, including loan spells at Swindon, Rotherham, Peterborough and Scunthorpe.
Toffolo is the latest to face such charges, after Brentford's Ivan Toney received a multi-month ban for betting violations.
