Nottingham Forest have been encouraged to bid for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
Eindhovens Dagblad says PSV are willing to sell Sangare to Forest.
The midfielder's deal carries a a 37m buyout clause and PSV will sell for an offer close to the option.
And Forest have been encouraged to bid for Sangare.
A first offer has been rejected, but they're expected to try again in the coming days.
