Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper is pleased with how his new signings have settled at the club.

Taiwo Awoniyi, Dean Henderson, Giulian Biancone and Moussa Niakhate all started in Friday's friendly with Coventry City.

Neco Williams and Omar Richards have been signed this week.

"It wasn't so much just about the game, it was more about the introduction of the week. Playing 45 minutes of the game was just a part of that process," Cooper told NottinghamshireLive.

"They have settled in really, really well. Dean and Taiwo travelled out with us, then Giulian and Moussa joined us as the week went on.

"It's really nice to see how quickly they seem to have settled in. They are really good guys.

"We've done a lot of research on their characters anyway, so it's been no surprise to see how quickly they have settled in. It gives us a good chance now to get back to Nottingham and to settle them in and around the city, with where they're going to live, and keep that going.

"While all that is going on, we're working every day, building our identity and building our ways. It's great to have them."
