Nottingham Forest have agreed the £12.7 million transfer of Stuttgart midfielder Orel Mangala.
The 24-year-old will undergo a medical on Tuessday, per Sky Sports.
Forest have now spent more than £73.5 million, while securing loan and free transfer signings as well.
The Belgian international was very impressive for Stuttgart last term, managing 29 appearances and scoring one goal.
Mangala is also a full international, as he made his debut for Belgium against Ireland in March.
Forest are now looking at securing Alex Moreno from Real Betis to shore up their left-back spot.
