Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s bowler Nur Jeehan Iezzaty Suffian captured the girls’ open title at the Sport Excel-NSC-Milo-MTBC Junior Circuit Grand Final held at the Megalanes Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya, Selangor on Sunday.
She managed a two-day grand total score of 2,347 to beat Nada Nawawrah Abdul Jalil of Negeri Sembilan (2,326) by 21 points, while in third place was Adania Mohd Redzwan (2,318) also from Negeri Sembilan.
Sabah Ten-Pin Bowling Association President Rozzainny Sham Talip congratulated Nur Jeehan who also recorded the highest score of 248 for her success, as well as to Brendon Liew, Bryan Liew, Nurul Amirah Amirul, Chloe Ho, Natalie Chong and Muhd Zaki Abdul Rahman for making the grand final.
