The 75m signing from Manchester United featured in the friendly against Virtus Bergamo on Sunday.
Wearing the No9 shirt, Lukaku hit four goals against the Serie D outfit. Inter struck eight goals in total.
Inter consisted of players who did not take part against Valencia last night, so there were also braces for Matias Vecino and Sebastiano Esposito.
The trio were joined on the field by Valentino Lazaro, who is returning from injury.
