PETALING JAYA: Former attorney-general Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali (pix) has sued DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang for RM10 million over an article on the 1MDB scandal.
Apandi claimed that Lim alleged that he had aided and abetted in the scandal.
In his statement of claim, Apandi said Lim had written a defamatory statement which was published in a news portal.
The article titled “Dangerous fallacy to think Malaysia is on the road to integrity” appeared in Malaysiakini on May 6.
