A Perodua Kancil has gone from worn-out to wow, thanks to a stunning interior transformation that recently took TikTok by storm.
Posted by @ms.auto.cushion, the viral video shows the car’s complete makeover process turning what looked like an old, tired vehicle into a sleek, stylish ride.
Sewn, stitched, and refurbished
The TikTok page, which specialises in sewing, changing, and refurbishing car interiors, documented the makeover in a satisfying before-and-after montage.
From the roof lining to the seats and dashboard, every inch was revamped with new materials and a fresh design.
Speaking exclusively to WeirdKaya, the person behind the transformation revealed that the car belongs to a Kancil owner from Klang.
The idea was a mix between me and the owner,” they said, adding that the total cost for the full interior refurb was around RM5,000.

The video quickly gained traction on TikTok, with many praising the craftsmanship and saying it made the humble Kancil look like a luxury car.
