Putuo Village boasts two main attractions: the "Guan Yin Temple" and the Bamboo Garden. Both offer an unique blend of spiritual serenity and vibrant celebration during Chinese New Year. As you step into the temple, your eyes are drawn to the magnificent giant bamboo dragon, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.

Strolling through the bamboo garden grounds, you'll discover numerous photogenic spots adorned with bamboo-themed decorations that embody the essence of Chinese tradition. Putuo Village also caters to families with child-friendly features, including a playground for young visitors to enjoy.

For those with a sweet tooth, indulging in mouthwatering desserts served on bamboo branches provides a unique culinary experience that complements the tranquil surroundings perfectly.

Beyond its aesthetic allure, Putuo Village holds deeper significance as a Buddhist sanctuary in Malaysia. Founded with the mission of preserving Buddhist culture, it serves as a spiritual oasis for those seeking inner peace and enlightenment.

Experiencing Chinese New Year at Putuo Village transcends mere sightseeing—it's a journey of cultural immersion and spiritual rejuvenation. Whether drawn by its scenic beauty or rich spiritual heritage, this hidden gem promises an unforgettable visit.

Event highlights at Putuo Village include the majestic Dragon display, Wishing Wall, Golden Blossom, Bamboo Garden with CNY themed, Lantern Festival Night Garden, Joyful Dragon Dance, and Tea Pouring Ritual.

While entrance to the temple itself is free, the bamboo garden charges RM10 for adults, RM5 for children under 12, and RM5 for seniors aged 55 and above. Special nights are scheduled for Feb 10-12, Feb 17-18, and Feb 24-25, from 9 am to 10 pm.
